Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and GREEN ZONE KİTABEVİ VE YAYINCILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("GreenZone", "we", "us"), the developer of the Dahabati mobile application (ذهباتي — the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1.What the App does

Dahabati helps you judge whether the price you are being asked to pay for a gold item is reasonable. You enter an item's weight, karat and the seller's asking price; the App compares that against current market gold prices and shows you the underlying gold value and the markup being applied. It also lets you keep a private record of the gold you own in the My Gold section, and follow gold price movements.

The App does not buy, sell, appraise, authenticate, insure, or take custody of gold, and it is not a marketplace.

2.Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App. You sign in with Google or Apple; you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything done through your Dahabati account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.

3.Subscriptions and billing

The App is free to use with certain limits. Dahabati Premium removes those limits and unlocks additional features. It is offered as:

• a monthly subscription; and
• an annual subscription, which currently includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.

The exact price in your local currency is always shown in the App before you confirm, and prices vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account on confirmation.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

Free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before it ends.

Cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings — not in the App and not by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refunds are governed by their policies and must be requested from them. We cannot issue refunds for purchases we did not process. Nothing here limits any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under consumer law.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and you will be notified in advance as Apple and Google require, with the opportunity to cancel.

5.Market data

Gold prices and exchange rates come from a third-party market-data provider. They are indicative, may be delayed, and may differ from the rate you are offered by any particular dealer, bank or exchange. We do not guarantee that market data is accurate, complete, or continuously available, and we are not liable for losses arising from data that is delayed, interrupted or incorrect.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone's rights;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the App, or bypass its security, App Check, or plan limits;
• use automated means to access the service, scrape it, or place unreasonable load on it;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App or the data it produces;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to upload.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7.Your content

Photos, receipts and item details you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display that content back to you inside the App. We do not analyse it, publish it, share it with other users, or use it for advertising or model training. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

8.Intellectual property

The App, its name and branding (Dahabati / ذهباتي), its design, and its underlying software are owned by GreenZone and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App — nothing more.

9.Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that market data will be accurate or timely, or that the App will meet your particular requirements.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will tell you in advance.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from purchase or sale decisions you make using the App.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11.Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are legally required to. On termination, your licence to use the App ends and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

12.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you use the App as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page and the effective date above updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
